“Am i reviewing the manual or the service? Excellent speedy service. However it would have been much cheaper to print out the manual myself. It contained 47 pages of tiny print with large space gaps on A5. This would equate to 23 pages approx of A4 and no Postage had i done it myself. Possibly a fiver at most. For a tiny lightweight manual this was also expensive P&P. The Nokia manual itself is pretty basic, not helpful in explaining all the icons and symbols on the phone, Nokia's fault, but it would be helpful if your site pointed out the size of the pages and reduced the price accordingly for the more flimsy manuals.”

“Requested instruction book for an Apple 11 I phone. Received three large bulky books for a Samsung phone not an Apple phone. As well as instructions for Apple 7 & 8 phones. Sent the books back and asked for £18.65 the cost of these books to be credited to my credit card. Received today an email saying that I had asked for a Samsung phone book. Not true and no offer to reimburse me. Please reimburse me ASAP. Oliver Pickmere.”
