“I found this manual very helpful but my one criticism would be lack of more explicit information in some areas.It is assumed nowadays that everyone is computer literate and it would be good to have an"idiot's" guide for beginners.especially "aged" beginners.”

“My new smartphone sat for 11 months unused as I couldn`t set it up - guarantee almost out so thank you for the manual, am up and running but lots to learn. It has great index and easy instructions to follow - will withstand frequent use and last well as spiral bound... amazingly good value both monetary and understanding. Have already recommended it to USA Aunt as much a techy dinosaur as I am.”

“I was disappointed when my manual arrived. All of the pages in the top right corner were wet and half of those pages have a yellow stain on them. we dried the pages out. The packaging looked fine. My model phone was not on the cover so I was not sure I had the right manual. the information I have read has been useful. I wish the manual actually had an index. I think this would help in finding specific things you are interested in researching to get help.”

Hello I am sorry the manual has arrived damaged but this would be down to the postal service we would not send the manual out in that condition. The manual you ordered was for a Samsung Galaxy S9 we can only supply what Samsung have available on their websites. The Galaxy S9 Samsung also call it by SM G960 or 965 and this is what would of been printed on the front cover.
