“The manual from OTC is brilliant and saves hundreds of sheets of paper if I was printing off the instructions myself. It is handy to have the instructions all together in a nice binder.”

“I'm an 86 year old ex-librarian who uses a Lively red phone, didn't ask for the MOMO and doesn't have any kids/friends to teach me how to use this one. So I'm slowly reading your very good manual and finding it helpful. As an older person, I have to figure out some of the terminology---I retired 20 years ago when we had flip cell phones . Thanks you very much for writing very carefully and for explaining the language.”
