“The text font size is too small. An index would be helpful, as would a glossary. Subjects could be arranged in a more logical order. It is a phone, but the guide doesn't tell the reader how to answer or make calls until halfway through the book.”

“I sent an email on 30 May to hello@printed-manual.com. Manual received had 148 pages of the Oppo manual followed by 148 pages of a Samsung manual then the remaining pages for the Oppo manual. Thankfully I worked out this paper conundrum even though I cannot work a smart phone. I have upgraded review from 2 to 5. The email mentioned above was sent at 8pm on Monday, today, Wednesday 11am I received a new manual. Excellent response from OTC. Thank you.”
