“The manual is very hard to read. For me I would have preferred it written on A4 paper. I would be happy to pay extra for a manual that was easier to read. In it's present form I can only rate it as a '4'”

“Most icon's were difficult to recognise & e.g Emails section no need for Gmail simply tap pencil in Email & send section appears to start the ball rolling. This was shown to me at Tesco mobile dept.”

“When I got my new phone I was surprised when it didn't include a manual. Do they think their phone is 100% intuitive? Before the manual arrived I was looking the phone over. I tried phoning my landline, no problem, that worked. Then I phoned it from the landline and discovered that the answer button wouldn't work. What? I can't get incoming calls? That is not going to work. Then your manual arrived and I discovered that the way my phone is set up, I need to swipe up on the answer button? Really? No manual included?? Sure am glad you people are making manuals!”
