Hello Unfortunately, Whatsapp is an app you download to your phone and would not be covered in the manual due to it not being part of the manufacturer's setup on the phone. You would need to google how to use it on the internet.

“Too detailed and expensive after shipping. There's got to be a cheaper solution. Normally a free user manual comes with the phone purchase.”

Hello I am sorry we are a separate company to the manufacturers of the mobile phones. These days they do not put a manual in with the phones the companies like you to go to their websites and view the manual on line.

“I am not good at all this technology stuff; always want to have a manual to guide me. These are not included in a purchase anymore so I search online until I find one. This one is better than what I've had before. It's not as big or thick so it doesn't take up a lot of room. It is a smaller print but that doesn't bother me. I haven't gotten very far in it yet but so far, so good.”
