I'm very sorry to hear this. We will re-send in twice the size tomorrow, at no charge of course. Most people are happy with the manual in A5, as it is easy to carry around. I'm sure the manual in A4 will be satisfactory.

“The manual arrived as promised, like most of the older generation I guess the font could be enlarged or maybe an option! And yes it was exactly what I expected and considerably better than constantly going on line to try to find the answers! A very good quality product, that quite frankly the phone manufacturer should be supplying! But well done you on filling that gap in the market!”
