“Very good manual of the phone. Thé paper version that is supplied with thé phone, is not any use if your sight is not thé best. This manual is well laid out. I recomend.”

“The manual is much better than the material supplied with the phone, but it still assumes too much technical familiarity in parts for many older users and it is too sketchy in other places, for instance the single page on operation of the radio, which doesn't explain how to set up the favourite frequencies or delete useless frequencies which one has accidentally selected in the process of finding the main ones.”

“I thank you heartily for offering the printed iPhone manual. The Table of Contents (which you didn't write) is not helpful or logical. But having it to look at (and not seeing it fall off-screen in seconds, is a first step.As an 82-year-old, I'm plowing through it and of course learning, but not enough to be adept.”

“Your manual I have received is for some one who has good knowledge of the product,. what I wonted is a manual for some one who das not know the product and needs to learn how to use it. What you have send is a reference book for individual functions. But certainly no good for a novice.”

“Too advanced for a rank beginner. Need very simple. Directions with more visuals. With newbies, assume nothing. On Mail I don’ know how to delete mail. I just flail about until I manage it & don’ even how I did it.”

“The fact that there is no index makes this manual difficult to use. Its almost impossible to locate a particular use without reading the entire manual. I am surprised that this was omitted.”
