Hello Unfortunately you have one of the more advanced phones. The apple iPhone manual is produced by Apple we simply print the manual they have made available.

“manual does not tell how to do. May work for someone really into cell phones tech, I am probably not even a novice. I will be turning in the phone for credit, can't use it.”

“I am 81 yeas old. I wanted manual to help me use the phone.. It is a Sony Experia XA2 H3113. The writing is so small I can only read most of it with a magnifying glass & some of the instructions & symbols are not on the screen on my phone, I especially wanted it for my camera..the symbols shown ..they are not on my screen even in a different place!! & when I press some symbols the follow up instructions does not comply with mine. So after waiting for it I am very disappointed. My brother recommended you & I have seen his book & the writing is quite a lot larger & I could read his.”

“Far too complicated for us having had a simple ordinary phone so it was a complete waste of money fortunately family members talked us through how to use this phone wouldn't recommend anyone to buy one. Regards Graham”

“The print is very small in this manual, but even worse, it is mainly LIGHT GRAY print on a WHITE background! The combination makes it extremely difficult to read. WHY wasn't it printed for ease of reading? It's almost as though whoever designed this manual did so with the goal of making it nearly useless.”

“I am frankly disappointed with your spiral bound Printed Instruction Manual, purchased recently (Order No. 20009366W) for my new iPhone 7 (a Xmas gift from my son for this 81-year-old retired journalist). The manual in its three bulky parts I just find daunting. By covering such a variety of iPhone models and variants it just seems to range over lots which is not relevant to my particular model.”

With iPhones 99% of the information is relevant for every model. This is how Apple produce the manuals. They are for the version of software not the model of phone. Sorry it is so many pages. That is what Apple provide. If the manual is of no use please return it for e full refund.

“How can I rate your product when i have not received it yet? The order was placed on 11/21/2020. To day is 12/18 2020, or 27 days ago. Hello I am sorry we are seeing major delays in the delivery times due to covid 19 and the Christmas period with the increase in post with every body shopping on line. Postal services here in the UK are working with staff shortages and with the increase in the amount of post going through the system as impacted on the speed it pass through. Once the post has left the UK and reaches the USA it has to clear customs and then enter into the USPS and if they are having the same problems as the UK postal service then this is why it is taking extra time.

“The font is too small and some words are too faint to read. There is need for the printing to be either of standard font or in bold characters please. For example, the subheadings throughout the manual are in bold font. This is what I would very like to see throughout the entire manual please. The spiral binding is good Thank you.”
