“Nicely presented and very fast to get to me after order... however typeface could do with being larger and more defined ( I am over 65 and need glasses - even with glasses its not an easy read ! However delighted to have it”

“Many of the instructions were not relevant to my Samsung Gallaxy J7 smart phone. I could not apply the instructions to my phone. It was too technical. Some of the vocabulary was foreign to me. It might have helped if a glossary was included in the manual. I did not find it useful, but it does sit on my book shelf nicely.”

Hi Alice. Please note that we don't write any of the manuals we provide. They are printed and bound versions of the manuals written by the manufacturer, Samsung in this case. We basically provide a printing and binding service. We also offer a, no questions asked, 100% refund policy. If, for whatever reason, you aren't happy with the manual just send it back and we'll refund you in full.

“The suggestion that I opt for the hard cover was totally correct and I’m glad I did so. Loads of info in the manual, for many different ‘phones. Lots of reading but a useful guide.”

“It is extremely useful, particularly for the elderly, to have a hard copy of the instructions instead of relying on all of our young family to keep showing us. they either don`t have the time, don`t understand why we struggle with technology that has developed over our lifetime, in any case it`s good to show them that we are not dummies after all.”

I'm afraid that almost no manufacturers include a printed manual with the phones (or cameras) nowadays. We are in business because we know that there are still some people who prefer a printed manual. If manufacturers included printed manuals we wouldn't be in business - but we have been for 40 years and have 500,000 customers
