Sorry to hear that, but we have a solution! Tomorrow we will re-send, at no charge of course, your manual printed twice the size. This will be much easier to read, but less easy to carry around with your phone

“I found the manual to be my ability to use the smart phone. As a self confessed mobile idiot, the sparse instructions that came with the phone, just about allowed me to unwrap it. I am sure that it was perfectly adequate to the informed... Using jargon to a newby, especially an old newby like me, is often about as useful as instructions written in Swahili. Your manual allowed me to study, (more than once) all that was a mystery to me. I think a thank you for the ring binder as well, clearly leaves both hands free. Ed”

“The type is so small I can hardly read it. Also, it's very confusing for someone who has never had a smartphone before. I gave up after the first few pages. A waste of money for me. Better to search U-Tube how-to videos on the computer.”

Sorry, we don't write the manual, we print and bind what was written by the manufacturer. As far as type size is concerned, we will re-send you, at no charge of course, another manual printed twice the size tomorrow. This will be much easier to read. We can't make the text easier to understand, but we can make it larger!
