“The manual is very good from what I have had time to use it, It is very technical. I expect that I expect that I will have to go over somethings more than 1 time to get this phone totally operational. the only thing I could see that may need improvement is shipping time.”

“Being an old guy, 76, and this being my first smart phone, I thought it assumed too much that the user should know. For example the word 'wallpaper'. So it would be nice if you assumed the user could be like me and be more detailed. Can you help me in this. Is there a booklet that gives detailed general knowledge for people like me? Sorry to hear the manual was not too useful. Please be aware that we don't write the manuals we just print what is written by the manufactures. You may be able to find some more simple general books in bookshops. We just provide the manual provided by the manufacturer.
