Sorry this did seem to take a long time. We sent on October 7th. Delivery to USA is supposed to be 7 to 10 working days. This seems to have taken 16 days. This would mean a problem with the postal system somewhere. We can only apologise on their behalf.

“The manual is very good from what I have had time to use it, It is very technical. I expect that I expect that I will have to go over somethings more than 1 time to get this phone totally operational. the only thing I could see that may need improvement is shipping time.”
