Hello I am sorry you found the manual unhelpful. We do not write the manuals we download from the manufactures of the devices and then print them for our customers.

“Samsung Galaxy A10. I recently entered into a Contract for a replacement phone. I found the A10 very intuitive, there were a couple of features I needed help with. The OTC Manual guided me through problems easily. My previous model was a J3 I also used a manual from yourselves with that one. Thank you OTC for a prompt and easy purchase. John Macey/”

Sorry, we don't write the manuals. We just print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. The content is out of our hands.
