“OK but it would have been better if it explained what each App does. Had to use the internet to search many of them”

“Excellent delivery, arrived today. I haven't had a chance to read it yet but it looks clear and concise.I can see that your advice re the ring bind version was good too because if you are looking at your phone and trying to read at the same time it would be so annoying if the pages kept closing on you.”

“It gives a step by step and reference guide I can use in my own time and place and follow quite easily. The ring binding is well worth the extra cost”

“Dear Sir, Unfortunately, I can only give you a review of acceptable as I bought this for my 84year old friend and he cannot make head or tail of it. I don’t suppose that I can exchange it for a simpler one?”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals. They are written by the manufacturers. There is no simpler manual.

“Did not tell me much i expected more for my money than a couple of pieces of paper”

You ordered a test report not a manual! The test report was 3 pages. The manual is over 500 pages.

“Did not come with magnifying glass. Otherwise good.”

Sorry to hear you found it hard to read. We will re-sent printed twice the size (at no charge) . This should help a lot.

“Very good service & at a good price. I always purchase a spiral bound edition at a little extra cost but worth it as it is easier to browse the manual. Would recommend as it's easier than downloading a manual to try & find the page you want.”

“Very confusing. Not for a person that has no knowledge of smartphones”

Please note that we don't write the manuals. We just print what is written by the manufacturers. If you aren't happy please return the manual for a full refund.
