“The font is very small and the color of print is gray, not black. I am a senior with all my wits about me, but prefer a manual rather than crawling through an online manual. This manual, though expensive, does not meet my needs”

All manuals are free to download on the internet. We simply print and bind the manuals, which would cost you money in ink and paper. Most of our manuals are about 200 pages. Yours was only 23 pages, but that's all there is. We would have informed you at the time how many pages it was. Please return it to us for a 100% refund if you are not happy.

“The manual was very comprehensive .The table of contents outlined everything you would like to know, it was complete not like cheaper books that did not cover near as much of the material . I am very happy with the book , it would have nice if there were color photos. But that is my only complaint, it gets 5 stars out of 5”
