“Print size too small. Had to use magnifying glass in some cases. Would have paid more for larger print.”

“It only covered the very basics and was organized poorly. Very hard to look up specific issues especially when you don’t have any background dealing with smartphones. The kids in the neighborhood knew more and were better sources of information that you need in a hurry. I don’t think it was worth what it cost!”

I'm afraid that almost no manufacturers include a printed manual with the phones (or cameras) nowadays. We are in business because we know that there are still some people who prefer a printed manual. If manufacturers included printed manuals we wouldn't be in business - but we have been for 40 years and have 500,000 customers

“Difficult to understand for some one my age. (73) and not understanding some of the terminology. Needed more pictures in color. I needed a manual to understand your manual.”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals, they are written by the manufacturer. We basically offer a printing and binding service. Printing in colour is simply too expensive for us to offer. We offer a, no questions asked, 100% full refund if you aren't happy with any manual. Just return it and we give you your money back.

Really sorry to hear this. We have a solution! We will be sending you, at no charge of course, another manual printed twice the size. This will be much easier to read, though less easy to carry around.

“The type is so small I can hardly read it. Also, it's very confusing for someone who has never had a smartphone before. I gave up after the first few pages. A waste of money for me. Better to search U-Tube how-to videos on the computer.”

As far as type size is concerned, we will re-send you, at no charge of course, another manual printed twice the size tomorrow. This will be much easier to read. We can't make the text easier to understand, but we can make it larger!
