iPhone 12 very good with just minor marks on rear of case. Screen is perfect and battery 87% health. Delivery disapointing as took almost 3 weeks.

Although I'm keeping the phone as I need one right now it came home in the wrong color I ordered and definitely wasn't In pristine condition like It said it would be. Phone works fine though and no other problems so far.

Website had helpful information, and had good prices. This was the first time I have brought from you, and the only issue I had was the code for discount that I was sent after signing up for the newsletter etc didn’t work, neither did the one for the extra £15 off that day. However I found that leaving off the last two letters / numbers meant it worked?! Secondly, I had ordered a purple phone that showed as in stock but was sent a black one. Having contacted customer services, I was offered a partial refund or to return phone for the correct colour. I accepted the refund but had to contact again as had no proper confirmation of this refund offered, and have now been informed that it should be in my bank account within a few days. The package arrived on time, very well packed and therefore protected- which K was pleasantly surprised and very happy about. Your online chat bot sadly is rubbish, and needs sorting out! Would probably use again, and so far generally happy with my purchase.

Had a few problems initially as they didn’t have the phone I ordered. But then received the phone and very happy with what was sent. Think they just need to start talking to each other. Obviously a newish company and sure have the capabilities but just not quite joined up yet.

My phone is working very well, and pleased with the Samsung model, but it took 3 weeks to arrive and was told by customer service on several occasions that it was on its way.?

I ordered samsung ultra 22 it arrived in good time but the battery would not charge so i send it back.it took a week before they sand me the replacement it works fine but the charging wire is for iphone I'm happy with the phone it's in good condition. but the costumer service is very poor.

My disappointment is with the time it took to deliver my phone. I kept getting emails saying the phone would be delivered next week via Royal mail and that went on for a month! The phone is fine though plus the price is great! Thank you

Unfortunately I decided not to keep the phone due to it having rubbish battery life but the refund process was all smooth and customer service helpful. I was offered a replacement but decided against it. Also nice of them to offer to cover return postage.

Great site, good options, cheap products quickly delivered and I love the bartering function. Shame about follow up customer service that don't answer phones, respond to emails, and woe betide you if you miss the 30 day return window - even if it's because they didn't answer your emails...

The phone is great. The main issue I had was poor customer service. It took much longer to be delivered than expected, the number for customer service on emails was a dead line, chat just repeated itself, staff was rude when I telephoned. Was about to cancel order to get money back via pay plan and phone arrived.

the phone came completely fine and well packed i’m really happy with my purchase however it wasn’t delivered on the following day as stated , it took a week to arrive but besides that everything was fine

The phone arrived and works well and all but I'm disappointed by the fact that I didn't get the condition ordered as I had paid pristine quality money but received a phone which was only good condition customer service isn't the most helpful when organising a solution.

Was sent a Samsung instead of iPhone 12pro . Sent it back and the sent me the correct handset as described. Happy with iPhone and after sales for sorting the issue. Best price online especially having 18 months warranty and responded to emails within 48 hrs. Tel no provided was invalid

IPhone 12 pristine condition was ordered!! I would say it was good to excellent condition as it has a few hairline scratches on front screen , scratched paint on rear camera lens and battery maximum capacity was only 84%, my iPhone 8 which I gave to my mother in replace of this phone looked newer and had 100% battery health so I’m not sure if I’m totally happy with this purchase as of yet

The good first Purchased a phone from them, and I must say the phone was as described and in lovely condition.. The bad. I also sent them my old phone. It had always been in a case , and I put down good condition. BUT, according to them , it was in poor condition. So then I've paid the postage, and I will then be charged for them to send it back. So told them to keep it for the sorry money offered. Sorry but won't use them again

Phone works perfectly, but I had a slight issue with some cosmetic damage. I sent an email regarding this but never got a response. It not a big issue with this phone but I would not trust this company to rectify any issues if my problems were more serious. Overall I'm fairly happy with the phone but would not order from this company again, just incase.
