“I ordered a phone for my son’s birthday and selected iPhone box , the phone arrived a week later and it was in really good condition. However the box and charging cable never arrived. I emailed in to say the box and charging cable were not present in the delivery and I got a response about 5 days later saying it would be sent. It’s now 3 weeks later and nothing. So I had to give my son his present without the box or without a charging cable. Not ideal. I explained this too in my

“Very difficult to get hold of someone to email back or vitually impossible to get through to someone through the phone. Left plenty of messages but so far no contact. However I was worried as when it says you accept PayPal but when I went to pay this option wasn’t available. I have now received my phone but hope there will be no issue with as I said previously it is soooo hard to get hold of you. The reason I went ahead with the sale is because I was so happy with my phone the last time I purchased from you and actually spoke to a human. This was about two years ago.”

“Im starting to thing something weird might be happening with Smartcellular.
I posted my iPhone 15 Pro to them on 17 September, and they received it before 1pm on 18 September. Their site promises same day payment of the device is received before 2pm, I never got any confirmation they received the device so I emailed them to confirm and they didnt write to me until the following day stating the regraded my device as new, even though I traded it as excellent. They asked me for proof of ownership, which I provided.
They then wrote me the next day, asking again for proof of ownership, even though I had already provided it.
I've had two false promises of the payment being processed on that day, and just can't make sense of what is happened. I've contacted them on whatsapp and email and just get the same "we will update you as soon as we can" spiel over and over again. I even called them to get an update to have someone listen to my query, to then be told the trade in team do not take calls and they will pass the message along.
I seem to be stuck in limbo with smartcelluar and my experience is nothing like any of the "reviews" below. The sell/trade-in team don't even take or make phone calls so I don't understand how any of the people below trading in have spoken to anyone.
It is well past 4 days since they received my device and I have yet to be paid. I have been asking for them to keep me up to date, but it takes them all but a day to reply, the don't answer any questions and just keep passing me off.
Im hoping that my trade in completes soon, but I will of course update this review as my trade in completes.”

“I placed an order for a Samsung and it was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. I contacted the provider and they kept saying it's been sent and they have not got any more details. Finally after a few weeks I have received the phone. Phone is in good condition soI kept it. The company does deliver so I would recommend just takes ages.”
