I ordered a prestine iPhone 11 pro. The delivery took a very long time and i found it hard to get in contact with anyone. The phone itself is good condition but the delivery and customer service isn't great !

Smart cellular sent me the wrong colour phone. I asked them to send me the correct phone and they said I could send the phone back for an exchange or refund and I had to do this within 14 days of receipt be eligible for this. They also offered £10 refund for me to keep the phone. I was disappointed as I really wanted the blue phone I had ordered, but was away from home so wasn’t confident I could get the phone back to them within the 14 days. I was worried I would end up with no phone and no refund. I asked for a bigger refund as I didn’t think £10 was enough for receiving a phone of a different colour. They said no and so I took the £10 to keep the phone. They were normally quick to respond to my emails which was good. I did feel disappointed that even though it was their mistake I still had to return the phone within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. I ended up with an ok product for a good price, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted or had ordered.

The phone was as described but unfortunately it seemed like they had forgot to send my order but as soon as I emailed they sent it out. The website advertised a free wireless item which I am yet to receive.

Slow in sending the phone out. They took the order but didn’t have it in stock I tried to canx then n there was delay in replying. I needed the phone straight away. When phone arrived was decent no issue

Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive even though the estimated delivery date was only a couple of days after my order. Item arrived in good condition. Can’t comment on it yet because it’s a Christmas present.

The phone I received had a few minor scratches on the screen. Although I would have given a 5-star review, the order was not sent in a timely fashion. I had to contact customer support twice before the Samsung S20 Ultra was finally posted. The 24-hour delivery took 4 days in transit, which makes me hesitant to purchase from this company again in the future

I ordered a red iPhone 11 for my daughter. I got a call and email to say would I like black instead as they could despatch next day. I replied to say no, it had to be red as it was a present. I was told no problem. I then had to chase delivery a few times as a week went by with no delivery and on my 3rd chase I got a reply saying it would be despatched soon. I finally got a Royal Mail tracking number a week later. The phone arrived the following day. It was meant to be in good condition but I would say it’s more fair as there are a lot of scratches on the screen. When buying refurbished phones from other sources the phones have been in better condition than this. Not sure I’d purchase from here again.

Impossible to make contact by phone, only by email. Delivery was delayed by 7 days, for some reason. Phone is in good condition, like new, and seems to work alright - time will tell.

I've had both half decent and poor experiences with Smart Cellular. Last year I sold my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Despite some delays throughout the process my phone was sold and I received payment. This year however, after sending my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and doing the usual back and forth providing proof of ID etc, I was offered over £250 less than the invoice order stated I would receive, because: "...Apple prices are going down at the moment, especially the 14 series". This was despite their website still quoting the price on my invoice order. Of course I rejected this, and to be fair, my phone was returned quickly, but I didn't appreciate my time being wasted. Next year when I sell my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I will not be using them.

Post was very late made calls to them always answerphone emailed them told was on way 2_3 days there say but was 2 weeks phone came after but was not the phone I ordered would not give part refund only got 15 pound but not got this yet if you want a phone I would go else where I would not recommend

We purchased an iPad and iPhone and smart cellular were the most competitive (we did a lot of shopping around). The iPhone was sent without any issues but the iPad took several weeks to arrive and we received no communication about this. We had to chase several times and eventually received it. Cannot fault the items received however, they are as advertised.

phone was exactly the same spec as I ordered. paid the extra for excellent condition but had a scratch on the forward facing screen. Was delayed by 10 days which if I had know, would may have sourced elsewhere. One the tracking ID was provided arrived the next day.

The phone is brill, excellent price. However, was told it was on its way and it wasn't, had to contact to by email (nobody to answer a phone)to find out where it was and if there was a problem, to which there was. Sales team replied quite quickly to explain and sorted it out, but still waiting on earpods !!

Sold my iPhone 13 sent it on the Monday received a paymant on the Friday so was speedy I was happy with the price however they knocked down the price that was agreed by £50 due too regrading but it was brand new and sealed in a box but I was still happy with the price given coz better than other o line price I recommend doing this to anyone it seems risky selling and sending your phone off like this but I can assure u it's 100% genuine and compared to a quick.high st phone shop sale there's no competition and takes just a week from sending to receiving paymant so I'm very happy to use again if needed too.
