“Don't sell your phone to this company. I had a brand new Samsung S25 for sale which they quoted £400. I thought there won't be issue with the phone as it was new. When they received it, they said it is actually only worth only £200 (they gave 2 different naff excuses on different emails). Waste of time. Took a while to get it back, but at least I will sell it somewhere else for more.”

Eventually had enough and cancelled the order and then they dispatched the order !!!

“They are very untrustworthy, do nt believe the offers on their website. They would offer you about £450 on the website, and then when your phone is delivered to them, they would reissue a new offer of £50 claiming to have observed scratches on your phone.”
“Where do I start?! Offered £542 on the website, after chasing for a response on receipt, offer of £143 made due to "marks on the edges". The phone was in pristine condition as I always use screen protectors and cases. I have photos of every aspect of my phone and there are no marks. If any are present now, it will be down to them as I also packaged very carefully. Fuming!

“i was sent the wrong model phone in the wrong colour so i paid for a pristine Samsung S9 in lilac but was sent a black samsung s8 which was damaged by this company! i tried ringing but no one answered tried live chat but as soon as i explained the problem this company simply stopped responding to my messages. i have wasted hours trying to get help, all i wanted was the phone i paid for but they couldn't cate less they took my money happily enough but i doubt very much i will ever receive the phone i paid for. i feel i have been robbed because i pretty much have and am reporting this awful company. if you read this I strongly recommend you shop somewhere else before they take your money for nothing too”

Avoid This Company – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I strongly advise against sending your phone to this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They initially offered £282 for my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G (512GB, pristine condition). However, after receiving the device, they emailed me a few days later claiming it was only worth £2.
Naturally, I declined their offer and requested the return of my phone. My request was ignored until I mentioned that I would be contacting Trading Standards. Only then did they agree to return my phone, for which I had to pay the return postage myself.
When the phone was returned, it was no longer in the condition I sent it in. It had scratches all over it, and the internal screen had a large black line running through it, suggesting the device may have been bent or mishandled. As a result, the phone has been significantly devalued and is now unusable.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. In my opinion, their practices are highly unprofessional and misleading.”
