Next day delivery was a massive let down only reason I went with them because they advertise next day, the phone wasn’t in the Royal Mail system till a full week later!! No communication from smart cellular they ignored my request to cancel it or even update me on delivery! The phone just rings out nobody answers it and when the iPhone turned up it had a deep scratch on the screen was meant to be pristine far from it! Probably the worse company Ive dealt with

I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re thinking of buying a refurbished phone. Waited 4 weeks for an iPhone XR eventually after numerous emails back and forth (you cannot contact them via phone) I was forced to recover my money using my credit card company. Throughout this period I was promised both delivery and a refund on numerous occasions only to be disappointed each time when neither materialised. I was informed 3 times that my phone had been dispatched which turned out to be untrue. I do not normally bother leaving reviews, good or bad, however on this occasion I feel obliged to warn people of the dangers of using this company.

I had a very BAD BAD experience. Waited for 15 days for the delivery of iPhone pro max. Sadly I had to put a dispute with my bank. Finally I received the phone I had to return back and till date I have not received anything update 🤬16/3/2023 Purchase made 19/2/2023

Do not touch this company! Total joke they do not dispatch as stated then phone arrives broken and now been over three months for a repair or refund and now they are ignoring us. Do not lose money with this company and end up having to take them to court as we are to get back our £300. Don’t try the phone it doesn’t work!

Was promised free earpods for leaving a 5 star review. 3 weeks later they still haven’t arrived. Sent an email to support. No reply. So im removing my good reviews, and also they keep sending me the same email everyday to make a review. Dont give them your email or it will be full of spam. So more than 90% of all these reviews are from people who also expected to get free earpods and never did so the reviews are all fake. Do not trust this company

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no sign of phone or of a refund being processed that was asked for, company keeps stalling the process when questioned. Avoid at all costs.

Cancelled an order in Jan , only to get it sent out to me & charged 2 months later in March. Communication is bare minimum. Phone number doesn’t even work. The worst customer service I have ever come across!

After loads of emails about my faulty phone, no resolution was provided and I ended up selling the phone to a refurbisher to get part of my money back and then buy a proper phone. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE here, don't waste your time and money.

The phone was suppose to come after a week I was wilting nearly 3 months for it to come and tried to call them and they said there was nothing they could do to speed it so I emailed them and asked for a refund and never get a response

I ordered and paid for my phone 10 days ago. I have emailed twice and still have no information about why I haven’t received it only empty assurances about how they will look into it and promises to contact me before the end of business which they haven’t done. STILL WAITING!!!!

Ordered phone on 13/02/24, didn't arrive until 22/02/24 which was later than stated. Phone quality appears as described, but they sent out the wrong colour. Have been unable to contact them via phone as automated response says they are too busy. They have yet to reply to any of the 3 emails i sent them, though the automated response says I should expect a reply within 2 working days. Shocking customer service

Avoid!! Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a phone on the 22nd February and the order has still not arrived to date (12th March) I was advised that delivery would be 2-3 working days and this was extended to 5-7 working days, but it has still failed to be delivered. I am going round in circles.

Smart cellular website is fraud. I ordered a phone, it has been 4 weeks. I haven’t received the phone nor a refund, despite having asked for one many times. I have now started a police report and I would like to beware all potential customers of this fraud. Smart cellular and Bec market is the same.

so fake reviews here. DO not spend any money on these people. they will take your money and never send any phone or will send it after 3 months or longer. when you don't need their item any more. It took us 5/6 months to get our money back after taking them to the court. I HAVE WARNED YOU. shame on the people that are placing the fake reviews!
