Smart cellular website is fraud. I ordered a phone, it has been 4 weeks. I haven’t received the phone nor a refund, despite having asked for one many times. I have now started a police report and I would like to beware all potential customers of this fraud. Smart cellular and Bec market is the same.

so fake reviews here. DO not spend any money on these people. they will take your money and never send any phone or will send it after 3 months or longer. when you don't need their item any more. It took us 5/6 months to get our money back after taking them to the court. I HAVE WARNED YOU. shame on the people that are placing the fake reviews!

I returned a phone to Smart Cellular 3 months ago and still haven’t received my money back. I have been in contact with them nearly every day & they keep promising that they’ll refund my money but they never do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Customer service is pitiful. The Phone number does not work. The Chat /message system they do not respond. There is no way to get in touch with the company should an issue occur other than by email, which they take ages to respond to.

Claimed the phone had a battery problem and was only worth £55, then offered £65 then I had to pay to get it back, sold to another online company for £135, avoid this company.

**AVOID** Do not waste your time or money with SmartCelluar. Absolutely disgraceful service they do not care at all about the customer they take your money and are extremely difficult to deal it. I purchased a phone for Xmas for son and still don't have a working phone. They refuse to give me a refund and I have now contacted a solicitor. Please be very careful if you are considering shopping with smartcellular and Do not believe their positive reviews as they are known to pay people for good reviews

Sent email stating delivery dates, heard nothing then tried calling no answer sent another email stating a new delivery date again nothing. After trying to phone and chat online I Sent an email 2 weeks later to cancel my order, they then responded with a dispatch email. Horrendous service will not order from again.

I ordered a iPhone 13 from these guys about 3 weeks ago. I had an email confirming dispatch 3 days later. It’s 3 weeks on and I’ve had the same automated email 3 weeks in a row telling me the phone has been dispatched. I have tried everything to get in contact with no reply. I gave you guys £400 for a phone and you don’t even have the decency to get back to me and tell me what the hell is going on. I have taken this to the police now and informed my bank that you are fraudsters. All you had to do was email me back and let me know where my money or phone is!

Ordered my phone with plenty of time to receive it and gift it to my daughter for her birthday,but the phone arrived too late.I did try to contact customer services via the web chat,phone number and email,but didn't get any response.When the phone did arrive,I sent it back 2 days later,unopened,in it's original packaging,by recorded delivery,their returns policy states that the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. It then took more emails to chase up when i would get my full refund,again,no response,ended up having to put in a case with PayPal,and finally got the money back virtually two months after the original purchase date. This company needs to be avoided at all costs

Another disappointed customer. Received my sons birthday present back in December and your website described the phone as in excellent condition. When the phone was received it had multiple scratches and marks. I contacted yourselves straight away and you were nothing but disinterested and tried to pass the complaint back onto me saying return and we will check the phone over at my cost.Having looked at the reviews I knew that if I returned I would have to fight for a refund so started a PayPal claim. In the end PayPal paid back £50 that I asked for and I will never use these again. I bet I don't get my airpods for leaving an review? lol

The company said it would deliver the product in a maximum of 3 days, I bought it hoping that the product would arrive before I went traveling, and now it's been a week and a half and I'm no longer in London, trying to contact the company they simply don't answer the phone, on messenger they never respond, I've already asked to cancel the purchase via messenger and so far no one has answered me... I want my money back... the company website doesn't send emails post purchase, there is no area to cancel the order... the email I sent to them using the contact provided on the website, they never responded... I do not recommend this company to anyone... and if my money is not refunded I will take the necessary legal legal measures against this company... it's a shame because it's a company with 5 stars on the trust pilot, and provides such a terrible service... I hope they respond soon so I can cancel and get my refund.

I ordered a refurbished phone for my son as a late xmas present - I placed the order on the 25th December as it was advertised for delivery on the 28th December - the phone did not arrive so I kept chasing and eventually it arrived 2 weeks later . When the phone did arrive it was the wrong colour, I was then told you would refund me 10.00 as a kind gesture if I was happy to keep the phone. I agreed to keep the phone and its now been over 4 weeks and I still haven't received the 10.00. I have ordered quite a few refurbished phones in the past and never had this amount of problems - I would never order again from you

Worst experience ever. Sent phone after I cancelled order due to not responding to emails or website contact. Had to get money back through PayPal. Still had the audacity to send an email asking for a review….. don’t use! Absolutely useless!
