“Sent a phone I perfect condition in using their own bubble wrap and pink envelope packaging.....the next day they say my camera is broken? How can an iPhone I have had brand new for 2 years carried everywhere, suddenly in their own packing now have a broken camera-interesting to see what the phone looks like when it is returned and just before I take it further. They will probably blame DPD and try to make me claim the £100 insurance, which was splattered all over their info. The phone did not have a broken camera and I will not just claim from DPD. The company has me their match. Do not buy or sell from them, there are bad reviews for a reason- if you choose to ignore me, then you are as gullible as I was.”

“AVOID buying from this company. Bought a refurbished phone in November, I returned the phone mid December because it started flashing green lights and was unable to use. Just heard back from the company as it has taken a while to let me know what's going on with the repair. They have now told me warranty is void through the phone being dropped, I have not once dropped or banged the phone, was in my pocket in a protective case, as soon as I pulled the phone out of my pocket that's when the problem started and was unable to use. I am disappointed with the after sale care, I've lost £245 buying this phone. I will never buy a refurbished phone again and would advise anyone not to buy from this. I will take this further, not my fault this phone broke”

2 téléphones iPhone commandés : iPhone 11 Pro Max et iPhone 7, tous les deux en état excellent.
Aucun n’était de la couleur demandée, et l’un des deux était d’une qualité moindre à celle acheté.
La seule réponse a été de me proposer une compensation de 40€ pour le retard de la commande et l’erreur de téléphone envoyé, en retirant avant les commentaires indiqués sur le site !!

“Ordered iPhone 11 for son on the 29th of November. Received an email from smart cellular on the 7th December saying a delay with the order and they were happy to refund should I not want to wait. I emailed back on the 8th to say yes refund me , it was a Xmas gift and didn’t want to chance it not arriving on time, I got no response so called customer services on the 10th of December to say cancel the order and process refund. Escalated a claim through PayPal who on the 17th of December informed me phone had been dispatched! I then called them up rather angry that they had gone ahead and sent the phone regardless. Spoke to someone called Lucy via email told her the phone had been sent straight back which they received on the 21/12 , I was told that she had expedited a refund and it should be with me in 24 hours. Emailed her again when the refund didn’t happen to be blatantly ignored. Still not had the refund.
I’ve actually used this company before and probably would have again but honestly I would not recommend after my experience. It’s beyond a joke to make people wait so long on a refund but to lie and say within 24 hours and then not respond to your emails is disgusting.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a phone 30/11/21 it states on their website delivery within 2/3 days still no phone delivered. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced have been told 5 different delivery dates nothing delivered. Now trying to get a refund for an item that was ordered in good faith and never delivered. Has caused a lot of upset and worry as was a Christmas Present. Companies like this should NOT be able to trade as looking at other reviews this seems to happen a lot with this company.”

“This is not a reputable company. Do not buy a phone or anything else from them. Smart Cellular have no customer service at all. The emails and on line chat are automated response. They will take your money and not deliver the product. I trying to get a refund for a phone I know I will never get.

“Take my advice and avoid buying from these people, I would be giving them negative stars if that was possible. Do not be convinced by the smart website, it is very clear they are selling phones they do not have stock of and they will use any delay tactic possible to keep your money for as long as possible.
Please take a some time to read all of the bad reviews on here and on sites like trust pilot to form your own opinion before buying. Read all about their attempts to bribe people into removing reviews, sending out the wrong phones and giving people less for their phones for mystery 'damage'
I am the group coordinator for my local Guide Dogs fundraising team and I purchased a handset for one of our blind volunteers as their iphone 6 was broken and apple devices are great for assistive tech.
I ordered on the 28th November with the promise of Cyber Monday delivery by 30th Nov, this date came and went.
I was told multiple times that my delivery would be "middle to the end of the week"... this never happened.
I was given a Royal Mail tracking number that they generated on the 2nd of Dec, nothing has happened with it since.
Only when I left a bad review on trustpilot did they contact me and I asked for a refund and I was told this would be processed ... Rather conveniently I was emailed to say this was not possible as my parcel was in a shipment to be dispatched that evening, lets see if anything turns up.
If a phone really does end up arriving, I will now be out of pocket as I will need to ensure it is sent back fully insured as I don't trust these guys 1 bit.

“After carefully reading reviews and thinking I found a legitimate company, I orderered an ‘excellent’ condition iPhone that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days time. After ten days I emailed them and was told the item had just been shipped. (Clearly after I contacted them, I am unsure how long I would have continued to wait had I not messaged them). Anyway the phone arrived and had significant scratching and a screen that did not work. I contacted the company right away and requested a refund and told them I was unhappy with their service. I never received an apology and was simply told to return the phone using the pre-paid label they sent me and they would process the refund.
I did this the same day the company sent me the label (22/11/21) and patiently waited on the phone being returned. Unfortunately the parcel went missing at one of Royal Mails warehouses on the 24/11 and after contacting Royal Mail they told me it was officially classed as missing since the 27/11 however I could not claim the refund as the company purchased the label and they also told me the company had made no effort to get in touch with them to enquire about the parcel either.
I contacted the company and relayed this information however was repeatedly misled and told wrong information mainly that they could not pursue a claim from Royal Mail until the 09/12/21 even though Royal Mail told me this was untrue, their website clearly states this is wrong and Royal Mail also told me that regardless of them needing to claim from Royal Mail the company should have already processed my refund as I have fulfilled my end of the agreement by returning the handset and it was not my fault that the parcel went missing. I have contacted the company numerous times and after repeatedly been told they will not process a refund until they have claimed it back from Royal Mail, after threatening them with going to PayPal I have now been totally ignored. I was promised the refund would be processed on the 09/12 but again have heard nothing from the company and have had my last emails It is mainly an individual called Frankie who’s customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. This is clearly a dodgy company with a half decent website that can fool the best of us.
I have requested a refund from PayPal and bought the phone new direct from Apple. It may have cost more but the extra £100 is far worth it to deal with a reputable company who won’t sent you a broken handset and charge you £350 for it. This has caused great hassle and a severe dent to my finances trying to get this sorted and I will be making sure to leave a review on every website I find possible to ensure this happens to nobody else. The company should be reported and shut down due to the blatant disregard for any consumer laws”

“AVOID THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS!
I ordered a white iphone from the seller, when the phone FINALLY arrived (after a long delay where they didn't update me) it was red.
This is product is not as described, the wrong colour has been provided.
I have been trying to resolve this directly with the seller via email but they are not being helpful. The want me to pay for the return shipping even though they have supplied the incorrect item.
I have checked their website and they are showing the correct phone as not in stock anymore so I am now reluctant to return the item to them if they dont have the correct phone in stock? I need this phone as a xmas gift and if they dont have it in stock what are they going to send me back?
I now think a fair resolution would be to provide a partial refund.”
