“Very unhappy with the service i have received from Smart Cellular, i purchased a refurbished phone and the screen was faulty and unresponsive. I sent it back over 3 weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails following up on when the device will be repaired and returned and i have had zero response, i have phoned many times the operator says the returns and repairs department will contact me but this never happens. I still have no phone, i have not been refunded either! SHOCKING!!!!!”

Even tho I had to wait a little bit for it to arrive, but it arrived and they also put a chocolate to make up for the wait which was really nice! Glad I purchased it :) it was worth it”

“Based on my experience so far I sadly cannot recommend this service. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro on Monday and they said it would get delivered in 2 days. They have now told me it could take over a week to get delivered which is not very good at all. It would have been much quicker if I’d ordered from a refurbished phone retailer on eBay. This is disappointing.”

Ordered phone on 26th July.
1 Week later and no sign of phone being dispatched, no updates, nothing.
Have to contact customer support via email who inform there's a delay with the phone, could arrive this week or next, which is just not acceptable. They're selling phones they don't even have access to.
When challenged about this, they suddenly offer a different phone and assure that it's being dispatched the same day (3rd August) and will arrive next day (4th August) with Royal mail tracking details to be provided via text and mail.
Surprise Surprise, No tracking received.
Try contacting via the phone, they never answer the phone. Send email, no response.
So word of warning to anyone thinking about using this Smart Cellular.
If your order doesn't proceed as it should, be prepared for lies and excuses as to why the phone you've already paid for 10 days previously hasn't arrived.”
