“FRAUULENT COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
After over a month of first waiting for this scam company to receive a phone then after finding out they don't have the phone and asking for my money back, yes you have guessed it, it is a scam company. I have now waited 10 days to receive a refund and they haven't done so. I suspect the 5* reviews are fraud as well.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM”

Then burying bad reviews under new 5 star reviews to maintain the impression of being a high quality provider which they aren't. Scroll through before buying.
If you've already bought, don't waste your time, Seek immediate refund, report to trading standards https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/get-more-help/report-to-trading-standards/ and chalk it down to experience.
If enough people complain, they'll take it seriously.”
“Rubbish customer service, ordered a phone,it didn't arrive, so I actually canceled it,via phone and email. It then arrived a week later! I sent it back as I'd had to buy one elsewhere. The phone was refunded, but i messaged numerous times to get my postage refunded but no one would answer. Terrible company to deal with!”
“Excellent service, I received my iPhone 12 within 2days! And was in very good condition. Also a great price too, cheaper than many other online stores and local phone shops. Would definitely use again.”
“Please proceed with caution with this company. I paid £300 for an IPhone 11 Pro which they clearly did not have in stock, they are still advertising it on their web site. It took two weeks of my emailing and leaving messages on the phone…they do not answer the phone, for me to receive a refund, I got told twice I had to wait up to 10 working days for a refund….for an item they did not even have in stock! I went through to a different department (details on PayPal) and they issued my refund straight away.
I don’t think these are scammers…just not well a well organised company with shocking customer service and you are ordering at risk. This phone was for my 13 year olds birthday and they felt it was appropriate to sell a phone they did not have in stock but worse they then felt because it’s company policy that I should wait up to 10 working days for my refund…I don’t think so! Very stressful!”
