I rejected the offer and asked them to give me some kind of justification for the new offer to which I have not received a reply. I then requested they return the phone, following all the Instructions given on their email.
I have done this 5 times and i have still not received any confirmation that they have or will be returning my phone. I have asked if the phone is still as I sent it and that it is in perfect condition again as I sent it in a sealed box etc. still no reply.
