“Post was very late made calls to them always answerphone emailed them told was on way 2_3 days there say but was 2 weeks phone came after but was not the phone I ordered would not give part refund only got 15 pound but not got this yet if you want a phone I would go else where I would not recommend”

“awful company avoid!!!, ordered a phone for my sons birthday on the 14th August, 3 weeks later still waiting for the phone I made numerous emails & phone calls to be told everyday I rang the phone would take a couple of days, then to be told it has been posted, called a few days ago to see where it was as still not received to me told it would be posted that day, then to receive a email saying order cancelled after they knew it was for my sons birthday & already late, rude customer service staff & very unhelpful, still waiting for call back from 4 days ago!! Avoid this company, absolute joke!!”

“I ordered a Samsung S10 phone in prisim white on Saturday 12/8 and paid by PayPal, the phone was listed as in stock with delivery 3-5 days. On monday 14/8 I was emailed offering a black version next-day delivery alternatively the white would be delivered at the end of the week. There was no delivery at the end of that week and after enquiring was told: "beginning to mid next week". When enquiring again the next week I was given "mid to end of week". By the 22/8 they could still not give me a delivery date on the phone I had ordered even though they were still offering it online as an 'in-stock' item. I, therefore, canceled the order and asked for my money to be refunded. I was informed this could take up to 10 days?? as of the 31/8 I am still waiting for my money ......”

“We purchased an iPad and iPhone and smart cellular were the most competitive (we did a lot of shopping around). The iPhone was sent without any issues but the iPad took several weeks to arrive and we received no communication about this. We had to chase several times and eventually received it. Cannot fault the items received however, they are as advertised.”

“worse experience ever! they are thieves. I sent my phone to sell it after giving me very good price. i paid 7.65 pound for a postage. after that they told me your phone is regraded and valued for 108 pound less, despite the fact my Iphone is in excellent condition. i asked them to send me my phone back. anyway, they asked me for 8.50pound to send it back to me. the royal mail charges is 7.65 pound for the same services and they asked me to pay more that the fee on Royal mail website.
other companies who buy second hand phones are much respectful honest and they pay for the postage by sending you a barcode. maybe they will replace my phone or replace a few part of it.
they are the worst company ever!”

Terrible customer service,Frankie was rude and clearly not interested in any of my concerns.I requested a refund and was told I needed to email my request.About 2 mins later she told me she would request it...make your mind up.Then she also told me it is not her problem if I have bad planning,asked her several times what she meant by this remark but she didn't explain.When I placed my order,it stated I would have the handset by 31st Aug.Now they are saying upto next Tuesday 5th Sept.This was a birthday present for my son and his birthday is 1st Sept.I would never have purchased it if I wasn't guaranteed to have it in time.”
