Wish I'd read these honest reviews before buying. Had to wait weeks for my phone as they didnt have the colour I requested. I guess they waited for "fresh" used stock to arrive, before sending to me in Australia. The phone they eventually sent is, well, f'ed. The screen has phantom issues - doing it's own thing and is annoying to use. I have to turn it off CONSTANTLY to stop the rampage, on some occasions have unfinished messages being sent of their own accord (embarrasing). The 30 day return option was impossible due to delay in arriving and time taken to transfer my old phone info over (and unfortuanately away from home).
So far no reply to my email highlighting the problem - but looking at their "supposed warranty" see that faulty touchscreen is NOT covered - FFS !!!
Last time I'll shop here :(
