“I’ve sent a phone back , it was received seven days ago and still no payment, the telephone number online is a fake, no one responds to emails , still awaiting contact !!!”
“Since putting in my order all I get is that it's been accepted, no shipping information, no delivery date.
They do not respond to emails and calling the customer service phone number just elicits a reply that no such number exists. I can only conclude that they may be scammers”

“I categorically do not recommend it. This company is a joke. I ordered the phone 10 days ago. So far, support has not responded. I can't get a refund. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to spend a little more and buy on the backmarket than to have to worry here. This company is not worth your attention.”
“I was conned into trying to sell my phone to this outfit by claims that they offer the best trade in price available. According to the criteria on the website my iphone 8 was worth £85. Once it got to them and despite it being in pristine condition having had a new screen and screen protector in the past 3 months, it was revalued by their ‘technicians’ as being worth £20. It doesn’t have a mark anywhere on it! Having rejected their derisory offer they then charged me for the return postage. Shan’t be going near them again.”

“This company has been absolutely abysmal.
I ordered and paid for an I phone. It was not delivered, despite them saying it was being despatched, twice. I requested a refund and was told , twice I would get it. I did not. Thankfully I paid using PayPal and they sorted it out no bother and refunded my money. Do not go near this company with a barge pole.”
“I ordered a refurbished iPad in Space Grey as per their advert. However, the device I received was Silver, and the 'free lead' was the wrong one and didn't fit the device (lightening instead of USB-C). I emailed them 12-10-23 to point out that this was the second that they had pulled this stunt with me (iPhone ordered in Blue and received a Gold one!).
I received a prompt reply email from them confirming that “All emails will be answered within 2 working days”, but today is day three and no reply! So I tried to call, but no answer! Just a recorded message suggesting that I email them!
As I’m still waiting for a reply I though I’d add a review that might bring it to someone’s attention!

In consequence I have downgraded my review to one star as they had clearly not taken any notice whatsoever of my original complaint. Furthermore, it is now 6 days and they have still not replied!”
“This company took payment then was wanting me to provide sensitive documents. Which I didn’t not agree to and told them to cancel the order to which they slowly responded and said 10 days. They even they said they don’t care about what written on there website and they can do what they want basically. No refund and no phone .”

They told me that a representative will call and gave me timeframe - Nobody called. It has been nearly two weeks without payment and my phone is depreciating in value. “The worse website to use for. Made me pay for delivery and then devalued my device.
The fact is my device was a brand new device provided by insurance (protect my bubble) and then traded in but they valued it comically and then made me pay to have my device back.”

“Received the wrong colour phone and purchased new earbuds that were omitted from the delivery. Emailed them 3 times in the last 3 weeks but no response to date. Doesn't bode well foe a warranty claim, does it? They have however, emailed me 3 times seeking a review, so here it is! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”
“This is a scam company, I have paid £265 for a phone two weeks ago, that should have been delivered within three days. They have lied and said that the phone has been dispatched but it hasn’t. A fake tracking number has been provided. I have been ignored, lied to, spoken rudely to, and can say these are the biggest bunch of con artists I have ever known. I will be visiting their registered offices in person for a refund or to remove goods from there to raise the money they have stolen…and then more goods for compensation. “Worst experience I've had buying anything in years. If you want to know (a) how your order is doing (b) speedy delivery (c) reliable service...then this is NOT the right company.”
“If I could give a zero star review, I would. I ordered a £410 phone for my grandson’s 21st birthday and assumed it was in stock as it was on their website and I received an email confirming the purchase. On the 07.08.23, I received an email that the warehouse was working hard to pick the order and delivery would be in 2-5 days. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from myself, I eventually received the phone on September 16th! Needless to say, it missed his birthday. I did not once receive an email from Smart Cellular informing me that the order would be late or they were having difficulties with the order. The only time I received a response, and that wasn’t on every occasion, was when I emailed or called them. I did, however, receive the following email on August 31st 2023,
‘We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your order. As a reimbursement, we have send you Apple Earpods with Lightning Connecter for free with your item’.
Unfortunately, the EarPods were not in the delivery as promised. The only free things in the package were two, two fingered KitKats. I inserted them in each ear and tried Bluetoothing them to my phone, but they didn’t work!
I have again had to chase this product with Smart Cellular and today, 17th October 2023, have received the following disgraceful email:
‘We send earpods as a gesture of goodwill to customers who take time our of their busy schedules to leave us a 5* review.
Please note that you have not paid for this earpod and it is an item we send to show our gratitude to our customers.’
This contradicts their earlier email as I was receiving them ‘As a reimbursement’. It also states that EarPods were given to customers who took the time out to leave them a 5* review and a show of gratitude to their customers. No - I was being given these because of the delay in delivering the phone.
Not only did I have to chase them for the phone but I’ve had to chase them again for the EarPods. As I had not written a review, I have not received the EarPods. But that was not the contract that we had entered into. It sounds like a bribe to me - write a 5* review and we’ll send you Apple EarPods as a gratitude. What else can be concluded from this mornings email? As this is not a five star review, I doubt if I will ever receive the EarPods!
I will NOT USE SMART CELLULAR AGAIN.
I’ve written this honest review to help you decide if you wish to purchase from them. That decision is yours!”
