“Utterly appalling service. Purchased a phone with a 3-5 day delivery. 19 days later, no phone. 10 days after that when I should have had a refund, my refund is re-started and I'm told I need to wait 10 days for a refund.
Clearly they are selling things they don't have, then making up timelines before holding on to your cash for as long as possibly.
Literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Shockingly sh*t.
Would have left no stars if possible.”

“Ordered a pristine phone - got phone with scratches and wrong colour after 1.5 weeks. I returned it and someone asked me to share account details for money transfer within 24hrs, been 6 days and still waiting for my refund. Emailed them to ask re refund and they haven’t responded.
Will never use this again.”
“I ordered an iPhone 12 mini pristine condition and phone arrived as ordered. Battery life was very high for a second hand phone 96%. It did take a time to come but all good in the end”

“absolute cowboys DO NOT USE i ordered a black iPhone 12 had an email the next day saying they had a red one
i refused this and heard nothing for a few days so raised a dispute with PayPal a few days after that i received a black iPhone 12 that was listed as pristine but had scratches and dents on it ,after having it for 2 days the screen started flickering and went black
I complained and was asked to return it at my own cost of £8 eventually got a refund from PayPal for the phone but am still waiting for my postage to be refunded from smart cellular - DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!”

“Delivery time was stated as 2 -3 working days - it ended up being 10 days despite several emails and assurances that it would be as soon as possible.
This is not the first time that I've ordered a phone with Smart Cellular when the delivery time has taken longer than advertised, but on this occasion the delay was too long.
So order with caution if delivery time is important to you!”
“Absolute sham of a company. Stay away.
Ordered a handset and waited a month before giving up and requesting a refund. They keep promising delivery but each time I chased I was told it will be there early next week. Never delivered. Please don't waste your time and money on this company.”
“Very poor service, ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max in Silver which was listed as being in ‘Pristine’ condition. When the phone was delivered, they had actually sent me a Green coloured model & there were these strange brown marks on the back of the phone that don’t come off, definitely not pristine condition.
Phone was delivered on 26/10, I emailed straightaway regarding the issues & on a couple occasions but no replies as of yet. Very disappointing service.”
“I have ordered a phone and paid for it in April, it never arrived and I have wrote 25 emails, rang up 12 times and complained to Resolver over 40 times and one more today.
I have been given false promises by 3 different sales people and everyone keeps telling me, we will send it by the end of the week, or we will refund you or it’s in the hands of the other dispatch department.
I have asked for the company’s director number or contact email without response, it will soon be 9 months waiting for the phone I have paid for..”
