“Very competitive price, the phone was in great condition (pristine as advertised) and delivered a few days earlier than first advised. Only negative comment to make is that the phone was not properly "erased" or "reset" upon receipt and I spent a few hours working out why I could not transfer all my data from from my old iphone (using the Quick Start function). Problem resolved after undertaking a new "reset" procedure. I couldn't get through to the customer service numbers (nobody there or number not recognised) and I still await a reply to my email.”

“I ordered a phone but delievery was so late that i cancelled it, i didnt get any reponse on chats email. Just that we are sending by royal mail. In between i got refund through bank dispute and returned the delivery which came after 20 days. I ordered a 360 days warranty phone from amazon which arrived within 3 days. Seriously you guys need to improve your service time, giving 3 days eta and then. Delivering after 20 days is not cool.”
