I was really pleased with the phone when it eventually arrived, after 10 days, as it was like New. I think Customer Service could keep people more up to date with the progress of their phone as was left wondering when it was going to arrive. When I asked for an update they twice asked if I wanted a Gold colour instead which I refused as I wanted the green. However I am really pleased with the Iphone as it looks really lovely.”
