“Can't leave 0 stars. Avoid using Smart Cellular or Smart Cherry mobiles. Sent me the wrong phone - and it was delivered late. Returned it via Royal Mail Tracked (as they suggest) - it got lost at Romford sorting office. I suspect someone there knows that Smart Cellular have phones returned and they can't resist. Maybe they even sell them back to Smart Cellular.”

“If only I could give a zero stat review! Their website advises that the delivery will be in the next 1-2 days but received an email after I paid for the order that delivery will be 5 to 7 days as "there is an IT problem with their website at the moment" - this is what their customer service lady advised on the phone. After requesting the refund, have been advised that it will take up to 10 working days to process the refund. Today is the 20th working day -1 month passed and I am still chasing to return my money! Please avoid them if you do not want to have headaches, just imagine if the phone would come faulty how long it would take to process the exchange or get the things sorted. Awful company!!!!!”
