“Apple iPhone 11 Pro - £334.00 - Ordered 2nd December. After several emails with standard responses, but with no clarity, I have only received promises of various dates. Wednesday, then Friday, then told next week. No personal touch just very bog standard responses. Contact the 'Chat' to have a conversation. Was told 'next week..then after I complained, got a response 'hoping to chase it up now'...waited and waited and waited...2 hours later..nothing. Great. Facebook message sent at the beginning of the week. They haven't even opened it. Ruined a Christmas present for a vulnerable kid and have now taken my money. Thanks a lot. Requested a refund. See how long that will take. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid this company.”

“I placed my order on 29th November with one day guarantee delivery. It's been almost two weeks with no call back from customer service and while my emails have been responded none of my reasonable questions about current delays and waiting times etc have not bee answered. One can blame the DPD and the mail strikes only to a certain point but there comes a moment when it's better just take responsibility especially when the guaranteed one day delivery as been advertised on their website throughout the ordeal. Had I known what to expect I would have happily paid more elsewhere to avoid this headache. Especially as I have just leared from other reviews that asking a refund can bring to you another nightmare with this company.”

“Advertising phones they don't have
Ordered a black iPhone XR, they sent a red one. I returned and over 1-MONTH later I still haven't received the correct phone or a refund. I seriously don't believe they actually have the phone they advertised (and are still continuing to advertise!) as available. Bought a separate sim to go in this phone and now stuck with a sim on contract with no phone when could have got a phone/sim bundle if I had known. DON'T LIE - if there is no phone, don't advertise it. There is only so long you can use the 'warehouse issues' excuse.”

“I placed an order Mid November with expected dispatch 3-5 working days. No phone received after 6 days so called customer services, young lady rattling off terms and conditions at lightening speed, I had to shout at her to stop as I couldn't understand her. She then reverted to speaking at a very slow speed! and informed me that my phone was still not going to be dispatched for another few days. At that point, I requested a refund, which took another week to get to me. I wouldn't recommend or use this retailer again - I ordered another phone with a different retailer and received it in 24 hours.”
