“The phone when it arrived was, as advertised, in pristine condition. It was relatively easy to transfer details and data from my "old" phone. Now operating the new phone I am very happy.
However, there were some issues earlier in the process. I ordered the phone on a Sunday but, other than an acknowledgement, I received no other communication. The site stated that phones would be despatched within 2-3 working days yet I heard nothing. In response to an email the company's reply to me stated that they had arbitrarily changed delivery to 3-5 working days. The phone eventually arrived a week after I had ordered it. The supposed "signed for " Royal Mail delivery involved the postman just pushing it through my letter box! Luckily I found it and no damage was done.”

“I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra on 19th July and it was delivered on 20th. It was listed as 'very good' condition, and apart from some very light scratches around the usb port it was perfect. Having upgraded from a S10 setting up the phone was a doddle, and I am delighted with the purchase. “Had to speak to customer service as their discount code kept stating invalid. Turns out you can't barter with the AI and then use the code. I had to empty the basket and start again, and then the AI got the hump with me and upped the price, so I then waited until the next day to go back and barter again to get the best deal.
