The phone I chose initially was not available as soon as advertised, but they offered an alternative in different colour which was and I was happy to accept. The handset arrived quickly and in great condition. “Ordering was easy and simple with a good selection of devices on the website.
Payment was taken and order accepted, updates were given but progress was a bit slower than expected.
Tracking number took a while to be issued and royal mail tracking number appeared over a day later.
Delivery was next day as per website and the quality of the device was as given on the web.

“I was scared and skeptical about placing an order (iPhone 14 Pro Max - Pristine to be precise) on SmartCellular website at first, however, after placing my order, this company quickly dispelled my doubt and had Royal Mail delivered my order on the second day. And boy o boy, the product was not disappointing at all, the phone was in pristine condition and came with a cable and a box - the entire package felt almost new! The phone also came with an 18 months warranty as well. At this point, I would say that I like SmartCellular service and would consider using them again.”
