“I already own a Sonos Playbar, Sub and Play 1, they are all great products. Looking to expand my product range and had been looking at the Sonos Beam for the TV room. After search the internet for reviews, I came across Smart Home Sounds who had a really nice website and great comparison reviews across the range. Ended up buying the Play Beam, 2 Play 1's and some stands for them. The biggest reason for me buying from them was the 6 year warranty, 0% finance deal and free next day delivery. I would have given them 5 stars but my delivery didn't turn up the next day, not sure that it was directly their fault more the delivery company. Other than that easy company to use, great all around offering. Happy Customer.”

“Ordered on the Thursday before Black Friday so not surprising despatch was a day late and delivery 48 hours not 24. Quick honest response by email when I queried delivery. Product great as expected.”

“This is first time ever ordered from Smart Home Sounds and I can say what an excellent service they provide, they were competitively priced and my Sonos play one came the very next day, the courier gave me an hour time slot in which it arrived. Excellent service and would be more than happy to use again.”

“Smart home sounds: great service and discount. On line advice excellent. Would use company again. Well done! Products: 4 stars - set up with only a few glitches around play:1's - each gave an error at 1st attempt to connect, then ok. Experienced difficulties with play:1 and sub volumes with 5:1 surround - seems to very much depend on source signals, each tv channel seems to be different, even down to individual programs & adverts. Still fiddling with settings in order to find 'sweet spot' but impressive when it all comes together.”
