“I first ordered a Sonos One from Smart Home Sounds due to the inclusion of a 6 year warranty. The level of service re communication and next day deliver was excellent, so much so that I have now ordered a total of five Sonos Ones, a Playbar and sub from them. Their service matches the quality of the Sonos products. Highly recommended.”

“I noticed Smart Home Sounds when I was looking to buy another Sonos one. I had previously bought all my Sonos either from a local HiFi store or Curry’s. What first attracted me was the 6 year extended warranty. I have never had a problem with Sonos but it seemed like a good option. Also they have a lot of Sonos info. The ordering process was very easy and the speaker arrived next day. They also used DPD so I knew early on when it was arriving and could actually monitor it as it got closer. So I have been very pleased with the whole thing and if I require any more Sonos equipment they will be my first port of call”

“I was looking for a sound bar to go with a new Samsung UHD TV I'd just bought. As I was restricted for size, 99% of sound bars I found on the web were too long or too wide. The only bars that I could use in my own situation were the Sonos PlayBar or the Sonos Beam. Smart Home Sounds are an official Sonos dealer, so it was a no brainer who I was going to buy from. Their website is easy to navigate and gave all the information needed to make an informed decision of which speaker would be right for your application. Just to confirm my decision to buy the Sonos Beam I rang there help line and was given advice and some tips to get the best from my beam. They guarantee a price match, which they duly did, a £20 reduction on their listed price, with next day delivery thrown in what's not to like about Smart Home Sounds. Excellent service, excellent product. 5/5.”

“I ordered a Sonos Subwoofer from SHS just after Christmas. I had a price query which was answered within the hour and a delivery question which was answered within 10 minutes. SHS's customer service is absolutely brilliant and it goes without saying that, already owning a number of Sonos speakers, I am very happy with the Sub which arrived promptly in perfect condition! I have no hesitation is recommending SHS and I will definitely be returning if I need any additional Sonos products.”

“I have returned to Smart Home Sounds on numerous occasions to expand my Sonos system and always had excellent service , the loyalty discount scheme they have and next day delivery is an added bonus. When buying Sonos products this is the only Sonos approved retailer I use.”
