“Perfect ordering process and even better service on delivery, it was literally overnight. So then why did I give 4* and not 5? That is because the AF obliterate bottle came without a sprayer. This never happen to me with any of other companies I usually order from, even if it's a bad sprayer I still receive something without asking for it. Maybe that is because it's obvious with these kind of bottles? One has to spray the product on the panel, one cannot do that without a sprayer. Anyhow, apart from that everything else is spot on, so a big Thank you especially to Sue”

“Overall a very good experience, good website makes ordering easy and straightforward, fast delivery and even got 10% off for first order. However one small issue, I ordered some angelwax vision glass cleaner which didn't come with a trigger spray and it has a small cap fitting so none of my triggers would fit, this meant I had to decant the cleaner into another spray bottle before I could use it, a minor gripe I know but it spoiled an otherwise perfect experience.”

“Whilst I understand delivery isn’t part of their actual service, they didn’t respond when contacted about delivery issues. The package did arrive nicely packed, however 2nd delivery was also missed (due to being delivered between times I’d said I wouldn’t be home) but luckily a neighbour was walking home so I managed to get it.”

“It was my first time ordering from Slims Detailing, quick delivery and everything went smoothly apart from one thing. They sent me the wrong item. I have contacted their costumer care team and explained the situation, where they wanted some photos to be emailed. Within a few minutes of me sending the email, Luke straight away sent me the correct item and it arrived the next day. Apart from this little mistake I’m very happy and glad they sort problems out this quickly, will definitely return to them.”

“Delivered on time, the carton was quite substantial and plenty of packing around the goods, the box was clearly marked "This way up" but the 5 ltr container was placed on its side in the box and was starting to leak from the cap.”

“Wanted a versatile polisher. After some research found the Flex PXE 80 and who had the cheapest Flex Kit... Slims. Service was excellent and sticking with German products as an almost German person said once "I'll be back!". Too right. Like Slims history too.”

“Very happy with the quick dispatch and pricing. However the delivery company used was useless and rude, I missed the first delivery on a Tuesday as I was at work. Called the next day and was assured it would be delivered on Thursday to my work address as they wouldn't leave it elsewhere. It didn't arrive so another call on Friday revealed it was still at the local depot, finally they delivered to me at home on Saturday. The moral of the story is make sure you'll be in to take delivery, APC are the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with.”
