“The wheel whoolie I purchased is a bit smaller than expected, especially for the price, nevertheless a very hand peice of kit. Can’t complain with the performance whatsoever!”

“Delivered on time and well packaged. The elephant in the room is the price. With the 10% introductory discount it was a few pence cheaper than Amazon, so I was happy to support a more local company. But, future orders will be more expensive, so Amazon are likely to get the business. Part of the problem is the delivery charge (it's a liquid). Can anything be done? Geoff Bezos is rich enough.”

“Thank you for very quick delivery ordered Sunday pm delivered Tuesday am even in heavy snow in north Kent. One item that was a bit different to what I was expecting was the bucket stickers I assumed from the website and upon ordering that the 3 stickers came as a job lot i.e wash, rinse and wheels. But only received the one for wash bucket, I then double checked website and realised I misunderstood what was being offered. Other than that slight hiccup I am very pleased with what I was sent and excellent prompt delivery. I will be ordering again in the future. Many thanks Mark Storer.”

“The product is robust and well made. The delivery time was 5 days. I needed tbe item asap so 5 days was a let down although that may have been down to the courier APC Logistics”

“I have already provided feedback via email exchange, and constructive criticism on the postage fees , with minimal options of rates to try and reduce customer costs. Given weekend deliveries are not included as well. Thank you for the Christmas present as well. Nice touch.”

“Prompt delivery of quality product. Website ordering system slightly confusing which apparently lead to me selecting 'collection from shop' rather than deliver by post. Even more confusing is the confirmation eMail that seems to confirm delivery by post! Situation was promptly corrected over the phone.”
