“This was my first order, shame I missed the Easter promo, but lots out of stock so I waited. Could not find my 10% off first order either, never mind. Chased goods as was a bit slow, but not an issue as no rush, more to know. Prices good, like the videos, will be back Please note delivery took 6 days but no option for this, tho no a problem. Thanks”

“Been buying detailing products from Slims for a few years now and always been excellent with fast next day delivery, however my latest order took a week to arrive!! Not so good this time so for that reason Slims you drop a star :-( I will continue to order from you in the future.”

“Ordered items and they turned up in a couple for days. Items are prefect and were exactly what I was after. 2 reasons why I haven't give 5 stars this time: I purchased the items and used the loyalty points I had gained to reduce the cost of my order. However, using these points meant I couldn't take advantage of the Easter discount that Slims were offering. It seems that loyalty and discount codes cant be used at the same time. The second reason was purely based on packaging. There was just so much of it for the size of the items I bought. It was great to see recyclable materials, but there was no need for there to be quite so much of it.”

“Would get 5 stars but APC let them down again, if they used a different delivery company I might actually get the parcel when they say, this is the second parcel that I have wasted time trying to get, this one still not delivered”

“Yeah decent delivery but I don't get why they sell spray products without the spay trigger, what's with that. Can't be arsed arguing with them about it. I'll go elsewhere next time and pay 50pence more”

“An excellent service as usual from Slim's Detailing! A huge range for products from a variety of well-known brands, and at very competitive prices. The only reason I have deducted a star in my rating is due to the following: I placed an order on Sunday evening, but later noticed that I had forgotten to add one product to my basket before making the purchase. I decided to email Slim's (about 1 hour after placing the original order) to see if they would add this product to my order. To my disappointment, I was told that they could not process the addition to my order due to the volume of orders they have at the moment; forcing me to place a fresh order and be hit with a separate delivery fee of £4.98! Surely, since the order had not even been processed yet (as it was Sunday evening), it wouldn't have been much of a hassle just to add ONE extra product to my order?”
