“A great selection of products with quick delivery. My order arrived on the 2nd day after purchase. Good packaging. Only downside was not having any updates or easy access to knowing where the parcel is or its delivery date.”

“First order at Slims was very easy to use the website had all products in stock and at a very competitive price. Order was delivered extremely quickly very happy with the overall experience. Will definitely use again.”

“Very happy with the quick dispatch and pricing. However the delivery company used was useless and rude, I missed the first delivery on a Tuesday as I was at work. Called the next day and was assured it would be delivered on Thursday to my work address as they wouldn't leave it elsewhere. It didn't arrive so another call on Friday revealed it was still at the local depot, finally they delivered to me at home on Saturday. The moral of the story is make sure you'll be in to take delivery, APC are the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with.”

“This was my first order, shame I missed the Easter promo, but lots out of stock so I waited. Could not find my 10% off first order either, never mind. Chased goods as was a bit slow, but not an issue as no rush, more to know. Prices good, like the videos, will be back Please note delivery took 6 days but no option for this, tho no a problem. Thanks”

“Been buying detailing products from Slims for a few years now and always been excellent with fast next day delivery, however my latest order took a week to arrive!! Not so good this time so for that reason Slims you drop a star :-( I will continue to order from you in the future.”

“Ordered items and they turned up in a couple for days. Items are prefect and were exactly what I was after. 2 reasons why I haven't give 5 stars this time: I purchased the items and used the loyalty points I had gained to reduce the cost of my order. However, using these points meant I couldn't take advantage of the Easter discount that Slims were offering. It seems that loyalty and discount codes cant be used at the same time. The second reason was purely based on packaging. There was just so much of it for the size of the items I bought. It was great to see recyclable materials, but there was no need for there to be quite so much of it.”

“Would get 5 stars but APC let them down again, if they used a different delivery company I might actually get the parcel when they say, this is the second parcel that I have wasted time trying to get, this one still not delivered”

“Easy to browse and good bundles to save on price. Only took one star off as I received the shipping notification a few hours before it came. Had I been out this could have cause an issue. Thanks for the free creme egg and air freshener!”
