“i have received 2 emails now asking for a review (2 days after receiving it) all i know at this point is, stuff arrived promptly and looks great quality. i have not had chance to use any of it yet hence the 4*s.”

“Happy overall with my order. Arrived promptly, and well packed. The colinite beadcoat I ordered I will need to return (not suitable over waxed surfaces apparently) Also, I only received one of the two purple microfibre cloths I ordered. It was stated that the stocks were low.”

“Delivery was good via DPD drop location, spray nozzle was missing for bottle. After a phone call was delivered the next day, need a better system in place to make sure everything ordered goes on the same package instead of costing them twice to redeliver missing item and allowing the customer to use product immediately.”

“Good range and fast dispatch. Sadly the labelling didn’t feature my name in a prominent place. It took the guy at the Co-Op DPD collection point ages to find the parcel. Meanwhile, a queue built up with everyone looking daggers at me. Otherwise would have readily given 5 stars.”

“Great pricing, especially with the first-time welcome discount. However, the packaging could be improved, as there was a lot of space for the products to move around—resulting in a slight leak from my Bilt Hamber Touch-Less. Despite this, I’m very happy with Slim’s Detailing’s service overall.”

“Ordered from 3 detailing suppliers as Slim's didn't stock all that I wanted. The items from Slim's arrived before the other two detailing suppliers even shipped my order. The service from Slim's is far superior.”

“Good service and products. Biggest issue i have and have always had is that slims charges £7.50 for delivery to north east scotland as "highlands and islands". No where near the highlands.”

“The order process with Slim's Detailing was really easy and I was notified by Fedex that my product would be delivered on 3/9 in the morning. Great, except Fedex didn't turn up and whilst I had been in the house all day, they suggested that they couldn't deliver because no-one was home. The same happened the next day where Fedex said they couldn't deliver because they needed a signature, despite me being at home all day. At this point I rang Slim's Detailing and they acknowledged the issue with Fedex and said they would intervene. They did this and rang to confirm their contact with Fedex and indeed the order was delivered in the morning 5/9 Bottom line is that Slim's are great, Fedex not so good and ruined the whole process.”

“I love this company. Product prices are good. Just wish they could swallow some of the postage charge. £4.99 seems steep these days compare to other companies who offer free delivery.”
