“Ordered from 3 detailing suppliers as Slim's didn't stock all that I wanted. The items from Slim's arrived before the other two detailing suppliers even shipped my order. The service from Slim's is far superior.”

“Good service and products. Biggest issue i have and have always had is that slims charges £7.50 for delivery to north east scotland as "highlands and islands". No where near the highlands.”

“The order process with Slim's Detailing was really easy and I was notified by Fedex that my product would be delivered on 3/9 in the morning. Great, except Fedex didn't turn up and whilst I had been in the house all day, they suggested that they couldn't deliver because no-one was home. The same happened the next day where Fedex said they couldn't deliver because they needed a signature, despite me being at home all day. At this point I rang Slim's Detailing and they acknowledged the issue with Fedex and said they would intervene. They did this and rang to confirm their contact with Fedex and indeed the order was delivered in the morning 5/9 Bottom line is that Slim's are great, Fedex not so good and ruined the whole process.”

“I love this company. Product prices are good. Just wish they could swallow some of the postage charge. £4.99 seems steep these days compare to other companies who offer free delivery.”

“Great service Be nice if FED EX would allow leave in safe place like DPD, as it is annoying to leave package with a neighbour. Package had already been left before i got emails asking for reschedule etc...”

“Slim's provided iems as ordered. Well packaged and in good condition. loss of one star due to delivery issues... DEeivery txt stated a time between 8.30and 12.30, so I waited in accordingly and re-arranged morning appointments till the afternoon... yep, you guessed delivery wasnt made untill after 5pm.. so lost a day unnecessarily and had to appologise after cancelling appointments that I had re-arranged. ( made me look as efficient as FedEx ).”

“Absolutely love this, I’ve been crouching and kneeling down for years, I am a prolific messer when it comes to cleaning several cars in our household and maintaining my motorcycles. Soo comfy and the adjustable height is great. The only feedback I would gove is it needs rubber wheels but that’s not a reason not to have this in your widget kit.”
