It was my first time ordering from Slims Detailing, quick delivery and everything went smoothly apart from one thing. They sent me the wrong item. I have contacted their costumer care team and explained the situation, where they wanted some photos to be emailed. Within a few minutes of me sending the email, Luke straight away sent me the correct item and it arrived the next day. Apart from this little mistake I’m very happy and glad they sort problems out this quickly, will definitely return to them.
