Whilst I understand delivery isn’t part of their actual service, they didn’t respond when contacted about delivery issues. The package did arrive nicely packed, however 2nd delivery was also missed (due to being delivered between times I’d said I wouldn’t be home) but luckily a neighbour was walking home so I managed to get it.
