As a member of an older generation the idea of a ticket on my phone didn’t appeal as I preferred the actual ticket, a fear of deleting, forgetting or not getting a signal to show ticket, all unfounded of course, Skiddle has made the whole experience very easy and reassuring for technophobes, although I prefer a ticket in hand, I’m completely relaxed about using Skiddle

Expensive, they offered to secure my £6 that I almost paid £7 for for £5 so if the event was cancelled I'd get my money back?...

My first and possibly last in buying tickets with Skiddle. Bought 2 tickets for an event through Skiddle and when I turned up to the event other people had tickets for the same seats I purchsed (front row too!). In trying to resolve the issue with the stewards at the event their response was 'did you buy them from skiddle?' to which my reply was yes, ...and their reply was 'its always happening'! Reclocated to another seat with a poor view. Went on their messenger facility the day after and I'm still waiting for a response after waiting (so far) 1 hour and 10 minutes!!!! Poor customer service.

If you would like to leave a review of an event you attended, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Please just head to the event on Skiddle and leave your feedback on the ‘reviews’ tab. By leaving a review on the listing, the promoter can gather feedback on their events as this review platform is purely for how you found your booking experience. Yes I found it quite straightforward booking the tickets, although worried at first where they were when I paid, but eventually found them in my skiddle account!!

The waiting list 20 minute time slot, would work better, if you could get a pre warning 24 hours ahead of time, so that we can keep a watch for the emails.
