Buying tickets was ok but why do I need to set up and account and why do I need an app. Send me the tickets and I'll print them out or let me put them in my apple wallet. Really poor, just another way to get my details that you 100% dont need.

Went straight onto the link for pre-sale for a Cloonee ticket at Binks yard, and none of the options were available aside from ‘release 3’. Presumed it was a very popular event and they had already sold, so purchased it. Refreshed the page after I’d paid and it said Release 1 / Release 2 tickets were available to buy. Very very disappointed.

When I logged on there was no VIP option, just standard tickets. This wrongly gave the impression that there was no VIP, so standard tickets were bought. 30 minutes later, they turned up on the landing page. Very first world problem, I know, but irritating that we can’t get a refund for tickets, and having to buy VIP on top.

Stated a general queue would open at 3:45 opened far earlier. Was told the general queue would be randomised but those with earlier queue times from society releases were allowed onto the booking page without having to queue. Thousand of people skipped the queue.

All other booking platforms hold your ticket choice for a couple of minutes once you have clicked the buy button and added them to the basket. Having queued from the second the booking line opened, I selected the first avaliabke tickets (Third release) and clicked to buy them, I received a message saying they were no longer avalaible, I then added the fourth release and the same thing happened, and the same for the fith release. In the end I had to buy the sixth release, I found the process to be stressful and unfair.

The ticket price went from the cheapest to most expensive within 10 minutes. The 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th release had currently not available - not sold out! I feel very annoyed that charged higher price when the other tickets were not even in the system. Should be reported somewhere as a scam

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Ticket don’t arrive and payment not out through on card promptly. So I booked again thinking that not taken properly. Received tickets but now find original booking in junk. Cannot cancel as option not available if £2 insurance not taken.

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase.
