WARNING! The event I paid for was cancelled and they won’t give me a refund. See my last email below - I am disappointed that you are unable to give me the refund. You can see form the email from Wannasee that my refund should have been processed as detailed below - "We can confirm your original refund request has been received and will now be processed within 28 days of the deadline of the 16th of September." Your email yesterday, as below, states you are able to refund without their permission if the event is cancelled or postponed - "Therefore all refunds are processed at the discretion of the promoter/event organiser, Skiddle has no authority to process these without their permission unless the event is cancelled or postponed." I intend to proceed with a court claim as I am unable to get a reply from Wannasee and needed to allow you the chance to refund the money. Are you able to converse with them on this matter?

Hello Amy, Thank you for oyur feedback. Skiddle are able to action refunds if an event is cancelled or postponed, however this is dependent on Skiddle having the funds available. For Wannasee, the event organisers have not returned funds to Skiddle. "10.10 In the case where a refund is due and Skiddle do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter." I've just bought a ticket. And had to pay extra TO BUY A TICKET!!!! Surely a ticket price includes a ticket???????? This is crazy. An e-ticket at that.

Hello There, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. The delivery fee for the Rapidscan e-ticket is only ever added once per order, it covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. Tried to book tickets- no email received, no customer service or anyone to speak too. Our personal details entered but no confirmation email received - screen shot taken of order reference. Would be really good if we could talk to someone. The 0333 number isn’t valid either.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Hello There, Please be aware Skiddle is a secure site, there is no way your personal data has been shared. Any data transferred through Skiddle will be completely safe from prying eyes due to our secure server technology. We use 256-bit SSL 3 certificates (the highest available) with Extended Validation (EV) to ensure your ticket purchase and personal data is sent securely to our server. This level of security (which is the same as your online banking) ensures that nobody can intercept your valuable information. We also audit our network regularly to ensure all our systems use the latest software. Our EV certificate shows the authenticity of our website - most modern browsers will show a green 'security bar’ across the top of the page for your peace of mind. Every time I went to pay with bank card the system would kick me out of the page I was on. I was using my mobile phone I had to go on my laptop to successfully buy my tickets

Selling tickets seems incidental to harvesting your data. Why did I need to supply my phone number, my email address, and my gender (wtf?) to buy a ticket? Also tries to shove you onto their app (doubtless to gather more data) and make the non-app option inconvenient (e.g. only releasing pdf tickets for download the evening before the event). Really unfortunate that events I want to attend are using this scam vendor, but hey ho.

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. We have brought in this feature to help event organisers collect guest information if they need to get in touch with you. Event organisers may still use this for a multitude of reasons, for example: to contact the person attending the event who may not be the named account holder the ticket is purchased under. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. You can forward on your feedback via our ChatBot at help.skiddle.com and a member of the team will pick this up. MK Skiddle Customer Support

This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs, and profit. Delivery/processing fee: This is the second fee applied by Skiddle and covers the delivery of your order, either using the Royal Mail network or via our alternative options such as eTickets or RapidScan tickets. There is only ever one delivery charge applied per order. This typically ranges from 50p to £1.50. The delivery/processing fee is displayed at all times of the checkout. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. Have a lovely day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

rotten, I cannoit fathom how to get ticket on my phone , had to take photo of the download and my reciept. it better be enough to get in the door. just post paper tickets, computers are a poison.

The website won’t let you log in so it forces you to download their app which is infuriating in itself but even more annoying when you realise that the app you’ve been forced to use is also rubbish. Companies should just use Eventbrite.
