Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Claimed first release tickets were sold out but on another website they were not . Feels like I’ve wasted my money

Hi Tanya, Thank you for your review. If you purchase tickets at a slightly higher price, we are unable to offer any partial refunds to reflect the difference. We are also unable to offer refunds on higher valued orders if you have purchased new cheaper tickets. We can never guarantee the availability of tickets as they're always sold on a first come first served basis and we do pride ourselves that we only sell tickets to real fans- not touts. Ticket price and quantity available is set by the promoter of the event. Any queries regarding this are to be dealt with by them. Have a lovely day! MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Charges a deliver/handling fee for a barcode ticket they email you. This is on top of a booking fee.

I purchased tickets from a FaceBook advertisement (by the event promoter) which took me to the Skiddle booking poage. The promoter was advertising the event on the wrong date. But Skiddle won't refund and neither will the event promoter - who won't even reply to correspondance. Really bad customer service. The Facebook page was taken down after I complained so I know that they received my query.

Ordered tickets to a Prodigy tribute on Thursday & needed an extra one on Friday & price had gone up! Also, why can’t I just get into app with password rather faffing around with an email link?

Hi, Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Ticket prices are set by the promoter, so any queries regarding this are to be taken up with them directly. Thanks LEB

Took ages to get a ticket! Different prices kept coming up and then selling out. Ending paying the more expensive price!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you couldn't get your tickets. For high-profile events, you may be placed into a queue that is designed to make the experience fair and efficient for everyone. Your position will be updated every minute. If you have closed your browser you will retain your place in the queue. Once you reach position 1 in the queue, you will be redirected to the event listing where you can go ahead and select & purchase your ticket(s). We cannot guarantee that tickets will not be sold out by the time it is your turn to purchase. If the event has a waiting list, you can add yourself to this. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. AB Skiddle Customer Support

The whole procedure of booking an access ticket is painful. I still two days after booking one ticket as requested haven't had an answer yet to see if another ticket can be added as awaiting promoter authority.Seems a very un orthodox procedure comparing with other booking sites I have dealt with.I'm holding my breath if I get another ticket. The cost of also rings the customer care line is another issue although they have answered pretty promptly. But haven't got any authority to resolve query. Facility on website should be made to book both tickets in the booking process.

Hi Christine, After receiving your feedback, I have just seen your order and I can see that you have been in contact with our support team. Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Because of this, we rely on event organisers to list PA/carer tickets on Skiddle, ready for us to add to your order once evidence has been provided. Unfortunately, not all event organisers have listed this ticket type on Skiddle. In instances like this, we would recommend that you contact the event organiser to see what their process for PA/carer tickets is. I can see we have directed you to the event organiser and hopefully they can assist you further. Have a lovely day! AB Skiddle Customer Support

I first was sold vip tickets for £38 per ticket then was emailed saying these tickets actually wasn’t meant to be sold at this price, I then I was given a link to pay another £22 per ticket to upgrade to vip which I was already sold. Making my tickets go from £75 to £111 with protection

Hi Craig, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. We have no involvement with listings or events listed on Skiddle. We are solely the platform used by event organisers to promote events and sell their own tickets on. Please contact the event organisers to discuss this further. Have a lovely day! AB Skiddle Customer Support

I found it difficult to use. The website kept pushing me to downloading the app even though I was signing in as a guest. Certain functionalities didn’t work especially when paying by card it did nit allow my saved card details to be autofilled. Clunky and user unfriendly. The ticket I finally got was difficult to download and save. I did it in the end but not a smooth process

Poor. I wanted immediate access to my purchased tickets. I have to wait until 2 August 2025 to attempt to access them. Thsi involves installing Acrobat which I do not want to do.The process is not straightforward like Fatsoma; at Fatsoma I am able to access my tickets immediately and easily

Hi Richard, Thank you for your feedback. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. Alternatively, visit your order history on the Skiddle web page. You can forward on your feedback via our ChatBot at help.skiddle.com and a member of the team will pick this up. Thanks, AB Skiddle Customer Support Team

Never again ordering anything via a facebook link. Can I suggest that you check out the link on Facebook, and advise customers to sign out of Facebook and sign up independantly to purchase tickets. I was scammed and fortunately the bank stopped fraudulent activity.

WARNING! The event I paid for was cancelled and they won’t give me a refund. See my last email below - I am disappointed that you are unable to give me the refund. You can see form the email from Wannasee that my refund should have been processed as detailed below - "We can confirm your original refund request has been received and will now be processed within 28 days of the deadline of the 16th of September." Your email yesterday, as below, states you are able to refund without their permission if the event is cancelled or postponed - "Therefore all refunds are processed at the discretion of the promoter/event organiser, Skiddle has no authority to process these without their permission unless the event is cancelled or postponed." I intend to proceed with a court claim as I am unable to get a reply from Wannasee and needed to allow you the chance to refund the money. Are you able to converse with them on this matter?

Hello Amy, Thank you for oyur feedback. Skiddle are able to action refunds if an event is cancelled or postponed, however this is dependent on Skiddle having the funds available. For Wannasee, the event organisers have not returned funds to Skiddle. "10.10 In the case where a refund is due and Skiddle do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter." We have to advise continuing to contact the event organisers directly to process this refund. Apologies we are unable to assist further. Kind regards, IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team
