“Using Microsoft Edge you can’t move down to the pay button, eventually managed on my wife’s mobile phone. Stressful and unnecessary if your software worked properly.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Was unable to purchase cheaper tickets despite me adding them to my basket. It also did not change the total back to £0.00 when the tickets were unavailable which meant I had to close it down wasting time”
