“I don’t feel like there’s enough clear notice on whether a ticket/event has a cooling off period or the option to resell with Skiddle themselves.”

If the organiser has chosen not to opt into the feature, it will not be an option on the listing. “This was the first time I have used Skittle. The booking process was quick and easy. I purchased 2 second release tickets to see The Maccabees at Brighton on the Beach in July. I was 7th in the queue at 11.00 am on the dot and I only had to wait a couple of minutes to get my tickets.”

“This link to the app and the ticket booking went through okay although I was not confident. Ive still got to go to the event so don't know how easy it will be to go back in to see the tickets”
