“Easy to book, I decided to go to the event last minute, for the last 3 hours. I was disappointed that they hadn’t reduced the ticket price, for a later entry. But other than that it was simple and straightforward.”

Hi Lou Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. AB Skiddle Customer Support Team

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Generally problem free, although I never understand why each visit to a booking site has to create accounts for future purchases. Allow a simple purchasing process for just the one event. I've also never had much success with Adobe! Why not a simple PDF ticket print.”
