“Skiddle logged me out and said my password was wrong then I lost my place in the queue and had to buy tickets at the higher price as first lot of Gok wan tickets sold! Not happy!”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Tickets advertised as £25 then went on to book and extra £2.75 booking fee?!! Very simple and easy to book the tickets.”

Hi Hilary, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. I hope this helps to clarify. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team
