“Attended in Bed by Ten event at the Warehouse in Leeds yesterday. Have attended many similar events in the past but this event was horrendous. Bouncers and staff were rude, the venue was overcrowded and surely a health and safety breech staff and security were obnoxious and rude over inflated prices small rum and coke small cider and a can of dark fruits cider £26 and I won't even go there with the toilets 🤮 it might be an event reminiscing the past but the venue is very much in the past sticky floors poor hygiene and no care for people shame on you jumping on the band wagon of other organised events no comparison”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Quite a few glitches when trying to book events that are very popular. Sometimes the page remembered what I'd put in the basket and other times it forgot. Kept getting a message to hurry up and buy tickets, and saying other people bought tickets 60 seconds ago, before they were even on sale. When using for less popular events - no issues.”

“Went to pay with American Express, but this was not explained. Just say asking me to Information again.. I assumed there was a problem with the booking system and we booked for day is a different card. Disappointed not to have been able to use American Express card otherwise okay”
